The Golden Oldies have a new on-line registration for individual accommodations and festival costs which includes the following:
7 nights accommodation
A minimum of three matches of rugby
Opening Function & Welcome Party
Big Day Out – Ranch Experience
Finale Awards Dinner & Party
Match day transfers
Festival welcome pack
Carnival handbook
Clicking on the link below you will be able to choose a package type and payment plan. You will also be able to sign your own waiver, arrange your own payment directly, and provide VSL with any specific information like dietary requirements.
Since we are the “local” team this go-round, we wanted to make sure you are aware of your options. 1) Full packages which include hotels, transfers and Picnic Day. 2) Non-Accommodation Option which has NO hotel, NO transfers, but includes Picnic Day. 3) Denver Locals option which includes matches ONLY.
For ease of access, we will make the Hilton Garden Inn in Olde Town Arvada the CSOBs hub. So, for those of you looking for accommodations, please choose the Hilton Garden Inn, Arvada package. We will have a couple CSOB optional “excursions” planned from the hotel, as well as conduct Kangaroo court there.
