Celebration of Andy Jelonkiewicz life

The Celebration of Andy Jelonkiewicz’ life is a week from this Saturday, on Feb 11. Due to the larger number of folks who have said they are coming, which is great, we have had to MOVE THE LOCATION, and also expand the time by starting an hour earlier for those who want to come as early as 2. Now it’ll be from 2-5 in the Dolcetto Room at the Maggiano’s down in DTC, on the East side of I-25 just north of the Dry Creek exit. Andy’s wife Kay is springing for the room, buffet offerings, and drinks, so come hungry and thirsty. Here is the list of people who have said they’re coming-let me know if there are any changes (i.e. turns out you will or will not be able to make it after all) so we have an accurate estimate for the venue. It’s looking like this is going to be a grand old ruggers’ party, which is exactly what Andy would want and would have attended himself-Kay is very touched that so many are coming and very much looking forward to it.
And bring memorabilia, whether it’s pictures of Andy being Andy (on or off the field) or just old Colorado rugby stuff-there’ll be a couple of tables for display. Kay and Terry Fleener are bringing some pictures, and I have some old posters.
BTW, if you look at the list, you’ll note that we have a few out-of-staters coming in: Gay and Bonnie Guthrie from Oklahoma, Guy and Lauren Wolfinger from deep in the heart of Texas, Rohn and Ruthie Skillin from (I think) Ohio, and, the long distance winner, Clancy Hughes from Alaska.
